Kujou Sara is a 4-Star Electro Bow user in Genshin Impact. Sara is a tengu who was adopted by the Kujou Clan of the Tenryou Commission. Kujou Sara is a sub DPS/support character capable of enhancing your party’s attacks. If she’s solo, she’ll require at least 200% energy recharge, and if she’s with Raiden Shogun, she’ll need around 140 percent. Don’t let that stop you from playing her; she’s a great replacement for Bennett if you don’t have him, since her battery potential combined with the aforementioned energy recharge can be ridiculous. Strengths

• Has long-ranged arrow attacks. 
• Good for applying the Electro element. 
• Supports with ATK buffs and Energy Recharge.

Kujou Sara Talents

Tengu Bowmanship (Normal Attack)

Normal Attack – Performs up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow.

Charged Attack – Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. While aiming, crackling lightning will accumulate on the arrowhead. An arrow fully charged with the storm’s might will deal Electro DMG. When in the Crowfeather Cover state, a fully-charged arrow will leave a Crowfeather behind after it hits.

Plunging Attack – Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Tengu Stormcall (Elemental Skill)

Retreats rapidly with the speed of a tengu, summoning the protection of the Crowfeather. Gains Crowfeather Cover for 18s, and when Kujou Sara fires a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Crowfeather Cover will be consumed, and will leave a Crowfeather at the target location. Crowfeathers will trigger Tengu Juurai: Ambush after a short time, dealing Electro DMG and granting the active character within its AoE an ATK Bonus based on Kujou Sara’s Base ATK. The ATK Bonuses from different Tengu Juurai will not stack, and their effects and duration will be determined by the last Tengu Juurai to take effect.

Subjugation: Koukou Sendou (Elemental Burst)

Casts down Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker, dealing AoE Electro DMG. Afterward, Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker spreads out into 4 consecutive bouts of Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster, dealing AoE Electro DMG. Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker and Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster can provide the active character within their AoE with the same ATK Bonus as given by the Elemental Skill, Tengu Stormcall. The ATK Bonus provided by various kinds of Tengu Juurai will not stack, and their effects and duration will be determined by the last Tengu Juurai to take effect.

Land Survey (Unlocked Automatically)

When dispatched on an expedition in Inazuma, time consumed is reduced by 25%.

Immovable Will (Unlocked at Ascension 1)

While in the Crowfeather Cover state provided by Tengu Stormcall, Aimed Shot charge times are decreased by 60%.

Decorum (Unlocked at Ascension 4)

When Tengu Juurai: Ambush hits opponents, Kujou Sara will restore 1.2 Energy to all party members for every 100% Energy Recharge she has. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

Skill Effect – Increased Elemental Mastery by 60. Gain sigils when dealing damage with Elemental Skill or Burst. Elemental Mastery increased by 100 and ATK increased by 20% at 4 sigils.

2. Skyward Harp

Base Attack: 48

Bonus Effect: CRIT Rate 4.8% 

Skill Effect – Increases CRIT DMG by 20%. Hits have a 60% chance to inflict a small AoE attack, dealing 125% Physical ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 4s.

3. Alley Hunter

Base Attack: 44

Bonus Effect: ATK 6.0% 

Skill Effect – While the character equipped with this weapon is in the party but not on the field, their DMG increases by 2% every second up to a max of 20%. When the character is on the field for more than 4s, the aforementioned DMG buff decreases by 4% per second until it reaches 0%.

Best Artifact Build for Kujou Sara

1. Thundering Fury

• Electro DMG Bonus +15%
• Increases damage caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged and Superconduct by 40%. Triggering such effects decreases Elemental Skill CD by 1s. Can only occur once every 0.8s

2. Noblesse Oblige

• Elemental Burst DMG +20%.
• Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack

3. Emblem of Severed Fate

• Energy Recharge +20%.
• Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus DMG can be obtained in this way.

Kujou Sara Constellation – Flabellum

1. Crow’s Eye (Constellation 1)

When Tengu Juurai grant characters ATK Bonuses or hits opponents, the CD of Tengu Stormcall is decreased by 1s. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

2. Dark Wings (Constellation 2)

Unleashing Tengu Stormcall will leave a weaker Crowfeather at Kujou Sara’s original position that will deal 30% of its original DMG.

3. The War Within (Constellation 3)

• Increases the Level of Subjugation: Koukou Sendou by 3.
