In Genshin Impact, the Pyro Regisvine is a powerful world boss. You’ll need to farm it on a frequent basis for important resources to upgrade your characters and weaponry, so you’ll need to know where it is and how to kill it swiftly.

Because of the large number of strong Pyro characters in Genshin Impact, the Pyro Regisvine elite boss is one of the most popular farmed monsters. A giant vine that has absorbed the ancient flame that rages within the Ley Lines. It is restless, as if filled with an endless fury.

Pyro Regisvine Location

You must first locate the fiery flora before taking it on.To the east of Tianqui Valley and west of Luhua Pool is where you’ll find the Pyro Regisvine. The player will locate a cave in the middle of these two sites, which houses the boss. 

Pyro Regisvine Weakness

The Cryo core of Genshin Impact Cryo Regisvine is its weakness. Before the core is damaged, the boss takes extremely little damage. To defeat the boss, you must break this core.

Root

It will enter Roots Phase after you first face the Pyro Regisvine or after its head weak spot is destroyed. Its weak point is at its root during this time. You can use elemental attacks to break its weak locations. Hydro attacks are the best way to quickly break them. The boss will be paralyzed for a short time after the root weak point is destroyed. This is the time to unleash your entire combo on the boss.

Corolla

The boss will enter Corolla Phase once the root weakness has been addressed. It will launch a 360-degree attack as soon as it wakes up and enters this phase, so ready your Dash or stay away. If you don’t have a bow user, its weakness will shift to its head, which can be difficult to destroy. When its head lowers down during one of its attacks, you can still damage it. When it wakes up after you’ve destroyed this weakness, it’ll be stunned again and go back to Root Phase.

Pyro Regisvine Attack Patterns

Homing Fireballs

The Pyro Regisvine can launch multiple homing fireballs that will burn and stun you when hit. Avoid this by running and dodging before it hits you, or use shields.

Burning Floor

This attack creates a field of Pyro AoE attacks that deal massive damage in random parts of the field. You can avoid this by constantly running around in a circle until the attack ends.

Plunging Burst

Similar to the Cryo Regisvine attack, this Plunging Burst deals Pyro damage in a wide area. This can be done 3 consecutive times, which might catch you off-guard if you’re not ready. Dodge the attack as soon as its head goes down. You can also use this opportunity to attack the Corolla core after it attacks.

Fireball Barrage

As the name says, the Pyro Regisvine unleashes a barrage of Fireballs. Avoid this attack by continuously dashing left or right until the barrage of fireballs ends.

Flower Bomb

A powerful fireball attack that spawns a flower that will explode after a few seconds. The explosion will also set the ground on fire which can deal damage if stepped on. You can attack the flower before it explodes to avoid taking damage.

Best characters to defeat Pyro Regisvine

Pyro characters aren’t going to make it here, at least not with their Elemental Skills and Bursts, as should be clear. Bring them for sustained damage if they’re your best Normal Attack damage dealers. Barbara, Qiqi, Kaeya, and Xingqiu are examples of Cryo and Hydro characters. Bring Geo and Electro together with the two aforementioned elements for increased burst, depending on your setup.

For 40 Original Resin, Pyro Regisvine gives 200 Adventure XP, some Mora, unique Character Ascension Materials like the Everflame Seed, and Artifacts:
