The rivalry began when the Nightmare attacked Liv Morgan after failing to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship last month on an episode of RAW.
Since then, Ripley has gone on to join forces with Edge and Damian Priest, becoming the newest member of the villainous faction known as The Judgement Day.
The former NXT Women’s Champion has continued her feud with Morgan even after joining the faction led by WWE Hall of Famer Edge. A few weeks ago, Morgan faced Ripley in a one-on-one match. The latter got the victory and continued her assault even after the match had ended. Edge also made a revelation during one of his promos that he was the one who explained to Ripley that Morgan was holding her back. This made Ripley turn on her tag partner.
AJ Styles has been involved in a feud with Edge before WrestleMania 38. In successive pay-per-views, the Rated-R Superstar took help from his stablemates to beat Styles. Finn Balor has also had an ongoing rivalry with Damian Priest. This started when the Prince won the United States Championship from the Archer of Infamy before WrestleMania 38.
Now, Styles, Balor, and Morgan have joined forces to try and topple The Judgement Day.
WWE recently posted a photo of Liv Morgan on the mat after being assaulted at the hands of Ripley. The former Riott Squad member did not like the post as she quote retweeted: “Stop posting this“.
Is Liv Morgan joining The Judgement Day?
Liv Morgan has felt the wrath of the former RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley on a number of occasions over the last few weeks.
This week on RAW, The Judgement Day came out to the ring and Ripley raised eyebrows when she asked Liv Morgan to join the heel stable.
Liv Morgan and AJ Styles teamed up to face Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest later on. The heels won the match thanks to an assist from Edge. After the match, Judgement Day took out Morgan and Styles.
It is interesting to note that as Morgan made her entrance to the ring, the commentary team teased that she might give her answer regarding joining The Judgement Day. However, we did not get a word from the 27-year-old.
